4. Billing and payment method

4.1.The customer can make payment with the normal purchase methods previously defined with ELETTRO ITALIA SRL.

4.2.In the event that direct debits are returned to the Customer's account, the bank charges incurred will be borne by the Customer. If necessary, ELETTRO ITALIA SRL may take legal action to recover all overdue debts not paid by the customer, directly or through the insurer.

4.3.In the event that the Customer is not up to date with the payment, he will lose all his warranty rights and the supply of material will be suspended, which will be reinstated when the Customer pays the amount due, as well as the return costs that would have been failed. Ownership of the products will not pass to the Customer until payment of the corresponding invoices has been made.
